Denise Halasnik
President, Co-Founder, Owner

Denise Halasnik

Denise Halasnik made her mark selling IT services for a number of New Jersey companies. She joined MCC Corporation in Cranford, NJ in 1983 where she marketed data entry and data processing services. It wasn't long before she was acknowledged as the firm's highest ranked account manager. Next, she joined AGS Information Services in Clark, NJ to make the transition from selling computer service in a production environment to a business model in which consultants were placed at the client site. Halasnik continued her success in this industry at Prism in Watchung, NJ, where she maintained her "number one" status in sales every year until she left in 1994.

On this high note, Halasnik traded the security of full-time employment for the challenge of self-employment, co-founded Pyramid Consulting Services (now ThinkCentric), and has never looked back. In 1997, to open new channels to feed the market's demands for talent, DirectSource, an overseas sourcing company, was formed to expand recruitment internationally. In 2001, Denise Halasnik assumed additional responsibilities as Executive Vice President of Sales for Direct Source Healthcare.

Denise Halasnik holds an M.B.A. in Management from Fairleigh Dickenson University, Madison, NJ, and a B.A. degree in Computer Science and Marketing from the University of Delaware, Newark, DE.
